1. Provider

appfellas Social (the "App") at social.appfellas.io is operated by Codefellas GmbH, Mühlenhagen 130, 20539 Hamburg, Germany (Impressum).

2. Access

The App is an internal tool. It is used exclusively by members of the appfellas team of Codefellas GmbH to manage social media accounts of appfellas apps. There is no public registration. Access may be revoked at any time.

3. Connected accounts

Users may only connect social media accounts owned by appfellas / Codefellas GmbH. Connecting an account authorizes the App to publish content and read post metrics for that account on the user's instruction. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the account in the App or in the platform's settings.

4. Content and platform rules

Users are responsible for the content they publish via the App and must comply with applicable law and the terms of each platform, including the Meta Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, LinkedIn User Agreement, X Terms of Service and Pinterest Terms of Service.

5. Availability and liability

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that scheduled posts are published at the exact time, as publishing depends on third-party platforms. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body or health and breach of essential contractual obligations.

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, where permitted, is Hamburg.
